All products purchased in store or online directly from Splendore Day Spa are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. 

Splendore Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carriers. A claim should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked as delivered. 

Splendore Day Spa is not responsible for resending orders with incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers.

Splendore Day Spa is unable to redeliver to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful delivery.
